Refund policy
Coffee: Coffee cannot be returned. If your coffee is damaged (please send pictures) or lost in shipping, we will replace it or issue a refund once the carrier has paid the insurance claim to us. Any coffee that does not meet customer quality satisfaction will be replaced one time with a coffee of the same label.
Merch: We will exchange merchandise, but do not issue refunds. If a clothing item or mug is damaged (please send pictures) or lost in shipping, we will replace it. If clothing does not fit, we will swap it for the correct size once the order has been returned undamaged and clean. We do not cover the shipping cost for returned merchandise, but we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
