Drip Brew Guide

What you'll need:

  • Coffee Maker
  • Filters
  • Scale
  • Grinder or Coffee Grounds

Step 1

Weigh out 60 grams of coffee. Grind your coffee on a medium coarse setting (finer than French press, about 20 on Baratza Encore).

This recipe is using a 1:18 ratio (1 part coffee to 18 parts water)

Step 2

Place filter into brewer and add the ground coffee.

Step 3

Fill the water to the top. 

Step 4

Turn on the brewer and let the coffee maker do its thing!

Step 5

Simple enjoy.
