How much does it cost to hire you for an event?

- First 2 hours are $350
- $125 for every hour after the 2nd
- The truck is recommended for larger events 75+ or events that are happening outdoors

- $250 for the first 2 hours
- $100 every hour after
Do you have a minimum number of hours for an event?
Yes, all events have a 2 hour minimum. We also charge an additional $75 for early arrival.
What does is cost per person for an event?
We charge $4.50/person for events with 0-75 people and $4.00/person for events 75+.
How far in advance should I reach out to schedule an event?
The sooner the better so that we can fit you into our schedule, but we do require a minimum of 2 weeks to plan for the event.
We do not do catering or events on Tuesdays.
Can I order drip coffee for an event or my office?
Of course! We charge $25 per gallon and this includes cups and amenities, there is also a $10 delivery fee or you can pick it up at our cafe.

Of course! We charge $40 per gallon and this includes cups and amenities, there is also a $10 delivery fee or you can pick it up at our cafe.
What drinks or syrups do I get when hiring you for an event?
3 syrups are included, $0.75/person extra for syrups:
- Mocha
- Vanilla
- Caramel
- In-house syrups
Cold Brew, espresso, drip, loose leaf teas, chai, and oat milk are all included.
Can you make a custom drink for my event?
We can work with you to come up with a specialty or seasonal drink just for your event! (Price varies based on ingredients/labor/complexity)
How can I reserve a date for an event?
After we nail down the specifics of your event, we'll send over a contract that outlines the specifics and the date of your event. The contract must be signed within 3 business days and the deposit paid or your spot will be forfeited.
Are there any late fees associated with a late payment?
Yes, for events over $500, we will attach a late fee of 5% for every week that the payment is late.
