WHAT COFFEE DO I GET WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Our subscription is a Roaster’s Choice subscription unless you specify! We always ship new coffees to subscribers first and then rotate through our current selection.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?

This will first depend on the frequency you pick. The options are every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. We roast coffee on Tuesday and Wednesday so coffee will ship on Wednesday or Friday!

HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the order frequency of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer.
  • Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Change the number of bags or the frequency.
  • Save changes.

HOW DO I SKIP/RESUME A SHIPMENT?

To skip/resume an order, please follow these steps:

  • Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer.
  • Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription.
  • Click reschedule shipment or skip shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel a subscription on your store, please follow these steps:

  • Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer.
  • Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Select cancel subscription.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION?

To update the shipping or billing details of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer.
  • Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription.
  • Select address & payment details
  • Edit your shipping address or manage payment methods.
