Iced Coffee Brew Guide

Brew Time: 2 minutes and 30 seconds

What you'll need:

  • Coffee Maker
  • Coffee Filters
  • Sale
  • Grinder or Ground Coffee

Step 1

Weigh out 60 grams of coffee. Grind your coffee on a coarse setting, same as your drip coffee setting (20 on Baratza Encore).

Step 2

Place filter into brewer and add the ground coffee.

Step 3

Weigh out 450 grams of ice in the carafe and 790 grams (about 28oz) of water in the coffee maker. 

*For iced coffee I typically go for 60% water and 40% ice

Step 4

Turn on the brewer and let the coffee maker do its thing!

Step 5

Simply enjoy.
